Having over 36 years in disaster management and 50 years of operational leadership, Bud Isakson brings unmatched expertise to every recovery mission. A Texas native shaped by firsthand experience with Hurricane Carla’s devastation, Bud has dedicated his life’s work to helping communities rebuild stronger.

Before founding Global Emergency Services, he co-built and led DRC Inc., directing major emergency debris operations across the U.S., Caribbean, Middle East, and South Pacific. His career includes successful partnerships with TxDOT, USACE, ECC, and numerous county and city agencies, delivering complex projects from hazardous waste remediation to international housing and marine operations.

Born and raised in Port Arthur, Texas, Paul has been an integral part of Global Emergency Services since 2004. With decades of experience in operations, logistics, and financial management, Paul brings unmatched expertise in disaster recovery and contract administration. His deep roots in Southeast Texas, and strong connections throughout Central and East Texas, reflect GES’s commitment to the communities we serve.

Paul oversees the company’s contract management operations, ensuring all field documentation, reporting, and ticket reconciliation are accurate and compliant with city, state, and federal regulations. His diligence and responsiveness keep projects moving efficiently while maintaining GES’s high standards of integrity and professionalism.

Born and raised in Southeast Texas, Latainya Mathews Latainya has supported large-scale disaster debris management operations for more than 15 years, maintaining an exceptional record of  zero lost-time accidents. She now oversees safety compliance and project supervision, managing onboarding, certification, and jobsite readiness for all personnel. With extensive training and continued education in disaster-related safety regulations, Latainya ensures every team member meets local, state, and federal requirements before stepping onto a project.

Certified in confined space entry, H2S monitoring, and site safety supervision, she directs crews and subcontractors while upholding the highest standards of safety and compliance.

Caroline joined the GES family in 2021 and has quickly become an invaluable support to the organization. As Executive Assistant, she collaborates closely with leadership, project managers, and field personnel to ensure seamless day-to-day operations. From managing daily reports to coordinating payroll during rapid workforce increases—from a small team to more than 100 employees—Caroline keeps systems running smoothly and ensures every team member has what they need to succeed.
