Contracted as sub-contractor to the Coalition Provisional Authority through DRC, Inc. to supply and oversee security at Baghdad International Airport. Traveled to Nepal and contracted fifty-four Ex-British Army Gurkhas (British Special Forces) to provide security at airport and main gates at Military Base in Baghdad, Iraq. Also, contracted to supply 400-man camp, all-inclusive. Camp was built and ready for occupancy in 15 days. Held an all-access security clearance (highest clearance possible) with all access military weapons permit.
Negotiated contract with Evangeline Parish Solid Waste Department. Mobilized crews in the after- math of Lily removing all debris from various cities and within the parish at the direction of solid waste and FEMA.
Contracted through ECC to negotiate contracting with United States Army Corps of Engineers and secure profitable subcontracting for their ACI Pacific contract. ECC was in grave danger of losing their contract, but due to extensive knowledge of working in Guam was able to lower the contract amount with the CORPS of Engineers and move forward with a very profitable contract for ECC.
Contracted to ECC as a disaster consultant directing their direction into the work schedule in New York, and with their USACE ACI contracts. Organized and implemented ECC into the Disaster business.
Responded to a prepositioned contract with DRC Inc. for the city of Houston, Texas for Emergency Debris Removal from the severe flooding.

Emergency equipment rentals for debris removal from river and streams deposited by 1999 Oklahoma F5 Tornados. Contract was for 90 days, initiated enough Rights of Entry to continue work for 14 months. Initiated value engineering for Government and increased Trucking price by 100%.

Conducted a successful “flood fight” in Horry County, SC for US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE); removal and disposal of hazardous materials in Lenoir County, NC and Myrtle Beach SC; debris removal for City of Myrtle Beach, S.C.; debris removal for New Hanover County, N.C.; debris removal for Brevard County, Florida; emergency berm construction and debris removal in North Topsail Beach, NC; debris removal and abatement of fish-kills due to saltwater infiltration in fresh-water ponds and lakes, and debris removal in Jacksonville Beach, Fl. Prepositioned contracts were established in many cases.
Responding to a prepositioned contract with the USACE, I mobilized over forty crews within 48 hours to Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. We removed debris and established temporary processing and reduction site on a forty-acre location. Took delivery of site at five pm and constructed a compacted rock road over one mile in length thirty-five-foot-wide overnight capable of handling four to seven hundred trucks per day without any road default for forty days. Collected 420,000 thousand cubic yards of debris in 21 days, using over 600 trucks and pieces of loading equipment; reduced vegetative and C&D debris for disposal and recycled metal and concrete materials; final disposal from temporary reduction site to landfill was approximately 165,000 cubic yards, a 63% reduction and savings in tipping fees.

Preformed a wide range of services for the operations in the Balkans. To provide additional support, offices were established in Tirana, Albania; Skopje, Macedonia; and Pristina, Kosovo. Provided work camp management and life support services, construction of roads and helicopter landing pad and food catering. Joint venture with the largest transportation firm in Macedonia to establish a direct transportation link (The Kosovo Express) between Greece and Kosovo to bring needed supplies to the population of this area. Established field offices and provided support in each of the military- controlled segments of Kosovo, including the Italian, German, British, French and American sectors.
Provided a variety of disaster recovery services in Honduras and Nicaragua. Work involved avalanche clearance, river sediment and debris removal, bridge and road construction.
Removed, processed, and disposed of approximately 320,000 cubic yards of debris in Puerto Rico. Processing entailed separating all debris, recovering metallic material and disposing of remainder af- ter reduction. Preformed debris removal, processing and reduction on the island of Guam in the South Pacific. Mobilized all equipment by barge (ship) and completed all tasks in a 16-month period. Processed and reduced approximately 1,500,000 cubic yards of vegetative and C&D debris; collected, crushed and shipped to Korea over 14,000 destroyed vehicles; shredded, baled and removed over 50,000 tons (one hundred million pounds) of metallic waste. Secured six 10,000-ton capacity ships and delivered metals to Korea and China for recycling. Reclaimed and restored all three reduction sites. Specialized services included car crushing, white goods bailing, tire shredding, and removal of battery acids and fluids from automobiles and Landfill remediation.
